Every ingot we cast passes through a disciplined 21-step process — from the receipt and segregation of metal, through repeated spectrometer analysis, alloying and refining, to casting, traceable heat-number stamping and dispatch.
Imported virgin aluminium and graded scrap received at our Gwalior facility.
Each consignment is stored separately, container-wise, in dedicated bins.
Material is hand-sorted and segregated by grade before processing.
Any non-conforming impurities are isolated and stored apart.
Incoming material is spectro-analysed to establish its exact composition.
Precise weighment of sorted, analysed input material.
Carried out in parallel during the melt:
Mid-melt samples confirm the chemistry is converging to target spec.
Dissolved gases and oxides removed for clean, dense metal.
Molten metal is filtered to remove fine inclusions.
Metal is cast into SRG trapezoidal ingots (nominal 5.5 kg).
Final composition certified on the CCD spectrometer.
Each ingot is stamped with its heat number for full traceability.
Edges trimmed and ingots stacked for handling.
Finished ingots weighed and recorded.
Stored by grade and heat number, ready for dispatch.
Documented, packed to order and dispatched across India & for export.
